Seven Natural Food Product for Teeth Whitening

we have gathered the detailed information on the Seven Natural Foods Product for Teeth Whitening

Who does not dream of having perfect, gleaming teeth like Hollywood stars? Of course you could give us any dentist white teeth we want; however, it would be very costly.

Seven Natural Food Product for Teeth Whitening

In addition, you put your health at risk, since many of these treatments are not approved by health organizations.

Therefore, more economical and safe alternative to get super white teeth is by eating certain foods.

# 1 Chocolate Sour

Believe it or not, the bitter chocolate helps keep your teeth whiter. Drinks such as wine and coffee, and acidic and sugary foods gradually weaken tooth enamel promoting the growth of bacteria and threatening the health of our teeth.

What bitter chocolate does is strengthen the enamel because it contains theobromine, which prevents bacteria from sticking to teeth.

So now you have an excuse to eat chocolate , but remember it must be composed of at least 70% cocoa and brush your teeth after eating.

No. 2 Strawberries

Although dentists prevent us from drinks such as wine and fruit acid to protect teeth, strawberries are the exception to the rule. This fruit contains an enzyme that naturally whiten your teeth. This compound has astringent properties that remove surface discolouration of your teeth and in turn to be rich in vitamin C remove plaque and stains caused by coffee or soda.

However, experts recommend that we consume this natural bleach in moderation, they do not stop because having acidic properties that can damage the enamel. The best way to use it is squashing a strawberry and mixing it with baking powder into a paste, then repártela all your teeth with a brush and leave 5 minutes.

When finished, wash your teeth and rinse with water.

No. 3 Cheese

To your surprise, cheese is one of the best foods to whiten your teeth . One study found that stimulates saliva production and lowers the level of acidity in the mouth to normal levels, since a very low level of acidity can discolour your teeth.

And has properties to whiten teeth, cheese also has the ability to strengthen thanks to its calcium and phosphorus and also prevent tooth decay .

No. 4 Nuts

Nuts are known for their many health benefits, as long as they are consumed in moderation. Nuts and pipes can help you lose weight, prevent cardiovascular disease, diabetes and improve eyesight, among other advantages. And now you have other reason to eat them because they help keep your teeth whiter.

According to experts, thanks to its rough texture, chew these foods removes stains and plaque from the tooth surface. Moreover, being rich in calcium, magnesium and zinc help strengthen your teeth .

No. 5 Garlic and onion

Surely your first thought is that cause very bad breath. However, they also favour the whitening of your teeth thanks to its high content of sulfur compounds with antibacterial properties. These components in addition to protect your teeth prevent the formation of plaque and reduce the risk of stains.

Raw consumption is recommended because if you cook lose much of their property. And if after consuming them, brush your teeth well bad breath will be no problem.

Thanks to its crunchy texture, apples act as a natural brush removes stains on your teeth. In turn, the nature of medium acidity and astringent qualities combined with fiber may whiten and sanitize your teeth.

You can eat apple as a snack between meals or just dessert. Be sure to brush your teeth well then to remove glucose and acid in your mouth.

# 7 Coconut oil

The oils are used in India as bleaches long ago. It is a method called '' oil slick '' that is supposed to clean your mouth and promotes dental health. It is believed that the oil removes plaque and counteracts acidity causing discoloration. Experts recommend specifically coconut oil because it is rich in lauric acid, and it contains antibacterial properties that kill bacteria in your mouth.

It also allows you to have very good breath and removes stains your teeth are formed. To use it you must put a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth and gargle for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then brush your teeth.

Tips on How to Remove Eczema Naturally

here are the Tip on how to Remove Eczema Naturally with Skin Damage

How to remove eczema naturally

Take a shower immediately after exercising or activities under the sun to make you sweat because sweat can lead to outbreaks. Also stress, so it is important to control the nerves.

Millions of people suffer from a skin condition called eczema, which is presented as dry red patches, some itching and often regress when the atmosphere is humid or hot or when the skin is exposed to sunlight. It can appear anywhere body and summer worse by chlorine in swimming pools, for example. Learn more about eczema in the following article.

Eczema: What to know?

This problem is very common, more than you think. Between 15 and 30% of children in industrialized countries suffer and 2 to 10% in adults. Fortunately, two-thirds of those affected the condition resolved soon. The scientific name or eczema or eczema physician is atopic dermatitis and reflects the character immune disease. It is more common in people living in the city than in the countryside, since one of the assumptions of their appearance is related to hygiene or exposure to infectious agents. It is not contagious and those who have celiac disease (gluten intolerance) are more likely to suffer it .

It is often related to eczema with itching, but be careful with this issue as it worsens the situation and exposes the skin to various infections. Scratching only bring relief for the moment, but later the picture worsens.

Still they have not been found cures for ecxema accurate, but outbreaks may always be minimized and even prevented. It is good to know that the skin when it is "normal" is equal to an effective barrier against pollution and other environmental substances. In the case of eczema, dermis has an alteration that allows "enter" to allergens such as mites, pollen, smog, etc. This results in dryness, itching, swelling and patches, often confused with the symptoms of psoriasis.

Eczema Treatment

At present, to treat eczema what is done is to reduce inflammation, moisture loss and the proliferation of bacteria in the area. Doctors prescribe moisturizing creams or moisturizers should be applied after bathing so that water is retained.

They are not needed products too expensive to treat eczema, however, it must be correct and do not bring side effects like increased irritation or redness. Always consult with your dermatologist, because you may be able to prescribe an antihistamine.

As perspiration and sweat can generate outbreaks, it is always good to bathe immediately after exercise or an activity under the sun. The stress can lead to seizures in the skin, so reducing nerve is very useful.

In some cases, the disease appears as a cause of allergies to certain foods, such as dairy, nuts or eggs . It can be caused by contact with detergents or harsh cleaners (such as bleach), to be in contact with water all day, too much sun exposure, etc.

Tips to relieve the symptoms of eczema

Consider these tips to treat or alleviate problems related to eczema skin:

Do not come into contact with detergent when washing dishes

Use latex gloves also to mop the floor. The same if you make hand washing clothes or if you use bleach to disinfect. You can also get hypoallergenic detergents and stop using items such as towels that have been washed with the above product.

Always opt for short showers instead of long baths

The skin needs hydration when eczema, but hot water aggravates the problem. Warm water and little better. Dry the area with small strokes, not rub, because then the picture will be worse.

Avoid all kinds of soaps with fragrances

Just as shower gels, because they can cause allergies. Always wear hypoallergenic and moderately products, is that the affected skin does not take shampoo or conditioner contact.

Keep your skin hydrated and moisturized

Otherwise, there will eczema. Hypoallergenic lotions applied several times per day. If you leave the house, carrying a small jar or pot in your purse or wallet.

Controls itching with counter medications or ointments home.

Do not scratch because that prevents the healing of inflamed skin. You can also make it to expand to other parts of the body. Use creams "heavy" overnight to promote healing.

List of Accredited Courses In Enugu State University Of Science and Technology

We have gathered the information you needed on the Full accredited / Approved Courses in Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) by National University Commission.

History of the Institution

The University was established as a non-residential multi-campus institution. On establishment, the University which was conceived on a Presidential model after Harvard University made impressive landmarks and stamped its name as the first University of Technology and first State University in Nigeria with her main campus at Enugu. Other campuses that were created later were located at Abakiliki, Awka and Nnewi. At inception, only three faculties namely, Engineering, Science and Technology were established at the two functional campuses at Enugu and Awka.

In 1985, there were major re-organisations and policies resulting in the introduction of new programmes and the merging of the University with its sister polytechnic – IMT. The new faculties created then were faculties of Education, Environmental Sciences, Health Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, Management Sciences and Agric Sciences etc.

The two merged institutions operated unsuccessfully under one Interim Joint Council (IJC) with Prof. Onwumechili as the President and Proc. J.C. Ene of IMT as Deputy until December 1986 when it was demerged.
Dont' Miss:WILLIAM’S UCHEMBAH BIOGRAPHY AND NET WORTH

By 1987 the four campuses had kicked off in earnest with Abakaliki campus housing Agric Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, while Awka campus was for students of Basic Applied Sciences, Law and Social Sciences, Nnewi campus catered for Health Sciences comprising Medicine and Dentistry while the main campus in Enugu housed Engineering, Technology, Management Sciences and the rest. Each of the campuses had a Deputy Vice-Chancellor as the administrative head.

In 1991, following the creation of Enugu State from the old Anambra State the new Government changed name from ASUTECH to ESUT.

At that time, the two former campuses of ASUTECH at Awka and Nnewi became the State University for Anambra State which today has been taken over by the Federal Government and renamed Nnamdi Azikiwe University, while the Enugu and Abakiliki campuses on the other hand formed ESUT.

ESUT however retained and adopted all the identities of the old ASUTECH including its main campus, the logo, colour, anthem, philosophy, aims and objectives among others.
